Fantastic Sams Complaint

Had to get a another haircut
When we first walked into fantastic sams we were put to wait for over 5 minutes when there were 3 stylists and one other customer. We only came because I happened to need a trim and we had a coupon for fantastic sams. Never again. First when the woman asked me what I wanted I said I wanted 2 inches off but my mother said to possibly go to 3 after seeing how the 2 inches off would be, but this lady had the audacity to say 'oh honey I'm not cutting your hair twice for $11.95.' Um excuse me? You better be cutting my hair right how I want it to be if I'm paying you whether or not I got a coupon. I should've left right then and there. I only cut my hair twice a year doc my hair is naturally longer and also thick. The lady didn't even wet my hair before chopping off the ends. Because I have longer hair I'm also made to stand up for the first few minutes before sitting back down again as I did at other salons but no this woman made me stand up the WHOLE TIME. Like I said my hair is long and thick so it takes more than a regular haircut time would be so I was upset at this point, but I didn't say anything cause i thouight she knew what she was doing since she worked there but appparently some people can get hired without knowing how to do their job correctly but... whatever. So she cuts my hair and I asked for nothing special just a trim and some layers. This woman did not do a damn thing to my hair except chop the length off bluntly. I was so upset and on the verge of crying because I have major anxiety when it comes to socializing I just got up paid her and left. I shouldn't have given her a tip because she didn't do shit I had to go to Great Clips to get someone the give me the actual cut I wanted. It was so upsetting. I never in my life had anyone cut my hair so awfully to me having to go rock another salon to cut it again in the same span of less than a half an hour it's ridiculous. All my life I asked for the same haircut and never have I ever thought I would've be this upset to be writing a review.
