Extremely disappointed with coloring
I went to Fantastic Sams , 3993 Tyrone Blvd. St Pete Beach. Florida, to get my hair some coloring NEVER MENTIONED ROOTS. My roots are dark, I mentioned about the orange tone I had got due to excess of sun and salt. I request for some highlights at the same time. I could not believe what this young woman did to my hair. She didn't hear what I was asking. She did what she wanted no what I wanted. My roots came out darker, which I never requested it. On top, she left so much coloring over my front skin of my face, when I go back to my car, I noticed the horrible mess. I went back to the salon and another lady helped me to clean the incredible mess that Karlyne had done to me. How stupid I was to pay $80 and gave her $5 tip for that? I WOULD NEVER, EVER GO BACK TO THAT PLACE, I should've got an appointment with someone expert on this matter.
