Disappointed with coloring at valrico location: waste of time
Careless to say I will not be a returning customer. I only went in to have 3 shades of highlights put in, but was not what I received at all after 8 hours. Instead of stripping it first, she just tried to put it on top, to save time, was her exact words, but when that did not work, she then proceeded to add more highlights to get the look I desired. However, when that did not have an effect she then proceeded to bleach my hair. Not just the highlights, all of your hair! It of course turned an orangish red color, which are neither color I asked for. After proceeding to bleach my hair again, she left it on so long that it completely dried in my hair!! After re wetting my hair, she then told me that she could not do as I wanted and don't not even dry my hair! Not only was I charged over 100 dollars for them to not get it right, but they completely fried my hair to the point my scalp was sore to the touch. Then I received a call from Bt mcneal, the manager, but did nothing he promised to fix this. Careless to say I work with the public and will be sure to inform them when asked about the change in my hair color!
