Fantastic Sams Complaint

This visit was very upsetting, after all the times I have been there. I usually just take the stylist they give me, so today I got a lady named Angel. I had got my hair shampooed and cut ( just like my son). He got out of his seat, but my stylist continued on. She asked me if I wanted my hair styled and dried and I responded with, " No, Please Don't" I thought I had made myself clear, then she said, "Oh, you don't dry your hair. You know it is healthier that why right?" This statement was confusing, but it did show my that she understood that i didn't want my hair dried. Afterwards, she started drying my hair, and I said, "Ouch!" a few times because I have a very sensitive scalp. She ended up burning my scalp and then she styled, which I did not want either. When styling, she managed to pull out some of my hair and hurt me badly. Once it was done, I went to the counter and she your total will be $72. I acted confused and she said that a product I was buying was $27, so I told her that I didn't need it. Then, she said $45 and once again I was confused. She proceeded to tell m that my son's was $17.00,but since I had got mine dried it would be $27, I ended up paying for it, but this made me very angry because I had to $9.00 for something I asked nicely not to have.
If you ever go to fantastic Sams in McDonough, GA I would recommend asking to not have Angel.
