Walked in at 2:30 and asked for a haircut and highlights and a peek a boo i have light brown hair...my highlights were spotty i looked like a cheetah Orangery coloured spots she tried to blend them and tone . my hair is now solid blonde orangish yellow..im now crying my hair is ruined ...135$ and it's now 7:00 they offered to fix it for free. .nexted day Got there at 1:00 to have the manager fix my hair she was not even told i was coming had to wait half hr ..she then colored my hair with foils to bring back more of the natural color somewhat better i now have greyish platinum blonde not sure what color to call it ..it's bad but better till i got home and looked at it better my boyfriend had a fit ..now im crying again...anyway left there again at 5:00 not sure what to do now 135$ hair 70$ hair products i have a family wedding and vacation this week ..its so bad I've never had my hair professionally done so poorly ..i want to go to my own hairdresser to fix it but after paying 135$ for them to ruin my hair .. ((HELP)) .. never again will i go to Fantastic Sam's in Eagan Minnesota let alone any Fantastic Sam's.... I want my money back. . 10 hours total is was there
