Fantastic Sams Complaint

Wait time 2 hours, no one there waiting, still told 2 hour wait time and the shop closes in 2 hours. - Fantastic Sam's TROY, NY LACK F CUSTOMER SERVICE!!
I have been a fan of Fantastic Sams for years, but this one irked me bad. Heres the story.
Stopped at the beauty place and it was just before 6pm. I was told the wait would be 2 hours although there was no one there waiting for a haircut. I asked about sitting and waiting for next available beautician knowing that some haircuts a shorter than others. Plus in case a customer didn't show up they still had me. Well I was told it was a 2 hour wait and that they close at 8pm. So if I had waited I still wouldn't have gotten a haircut because they would have been closed? I ask, would you rather have someone there ready to pay for a haircut or wait on someone who may! show up?
