.....i on January 7 2015 i went to the Shelbyville Kentucky fantastic Sam's .... i went to get a spiral perm ...waited the three days washed it and no curls not even a wave. ..contacted them three times plus email all i got was you waited to long how bout a free hair cut and ten bucks off your next visit Wtf? I paid a lot of money for the perm and got screwed. ..im in a wheelchair due to a car accident and loosing my leg i dont have the time or the money to redo this or deal with bad management and services. ..DONT GO TO TJIS SALON THEY WILL SCREW YOU OUT OG MONEY AND TIME!
