i went to the fantastic sams on rice road in lees summit mo a few months ago i didmt know i could write reviews on here so here it goes. i called first and was answered by the rudest lady i tried to make an appointment with a girl i was referred too the lady was and not helpful so i waited and went in later and the girl was there and busy but she worked me in anyways as far as i could tell she was the only one in their who had any business working there. the manager (denise) was a complete bitch to me and the stylist doing my hair (brittany) trying to make her look stupid in front of me and the rest of the salon. thankfully she left halfway thru my service. my stylist was amazing and my hair was beauitful when she was done. she did it effectively and efficiently and it was not overpriced. i got her info and told her id be back well i just called today and the manager told me she is no longer with the company after coming in for a deep condition i found out thru the other girls she had fired brittany right before christmas. im sorry but when you get rid of your best employee and you fire her right before the holidays i will not give my business to a wretched person like that. thankfully i found brittany and we have reconnected and she was able to help me but i will never send or go to that horrible salon ever again.
