terrible cut and service


I showed Jen a picture out of one of the salons own books and I ended up getting a bowl cut with no blending - it looked nothing like the photo. I tried to reach the manager Cindy for 6 days and when I finally talked to her she was accusitive, ignored me, was unresponsive, made light of my issue, refused to give me her supervisors name. Cindy told me I was rude and hung up on me trying to explain my situation. If you want a chop job, non - existant customer service, to be abused physically and emotionally go ahead and waste your money. This salon is the bottom of the barrel.
