Terrible service at Fantastic Sams

Six weeks ago I stopped in for a haircut and was kept waiting for 15 minutes before someone came to tell me it would be about two hours before they could do a haircut. Today I walked in, signed my name and waited 45 minutes. No one said a word to me and there were only two stylists. Then a third stylist came in and completely bypassed me. Deplorable customer service.
